In my experience, the rolls contain a lot of fish, which has always been fresh. Several reviewers have complained about bad service but I have always been treated well. Someone else commented on the lack of spices. That is the nature of Japanese food. Few spices are used. Since I am allergic to nearly all spices, I appreciate having a spice-free dining option. ”
